Paul Orloff

Attorney at Law

I know how hard running a business can be. Before becoming an attorney, I ran my own business for nine years. That's why I offer my clients a unique perspective on their legal needs. I earned my business degree from the University of Southern California in 1996 and started practicing law in 2001. Since that time, I've helped many people with their legal concerns, ranging from family law to elder abuse to business legalities. Every day I'm inspired to give my clients excellent service.

Excellent Advice Rooted in Integrity

My goal isn’t just to win. It’s to provide you with the dedicated loyalty you deserve along the way.

When my clients approach me with their questions, they’re concerned about their situation and whether or not it requires the assistance of a lawyer. I fully believe in transparency when it comes to helping my clients; if my services aren’t necessary, I’m more than happy to let them know otherwise. At the end of the day, I'm an advocate first and a business owner second. My goal is to ensure that my clients receive an efficient resolution to their legal issues and create a strategy to do so.

“With nearly 20 years of practicing law under my belt, I know how to fight on your behalf.”

For decades, I've helped clients with their legal needs. In that time, I've developed a pretty good sense of what works and what doesn't."

When you work with me, you get an attorney who is focused on delivering positive results and understanding how best to approach your case, regardless of if it requires going to trial or simply settling.

I believe that no two cases are alike. It makes sense that no two legal strategies should be the same, either. What works for one case may not be applicable to another.

Drawing on my decades of experience in both business and law, I'll create a plan of action to approach your case that is tailor-made for that specific purpose.

Honesty is important in the attorney-client relationship because trust is the most effective way to build a case. To that end, I’ll look at all the details and determine the best course of action.

Sometimes, your legal matter may not actually require the assistance of an attorney. In those cases, I'll let you know the reasons why.

When you’re ready to take the next step.

I’m here to help you move forward.

My expertise in personal injury
can steer you in the right direction.

Step 1: Take photos and file a report.

If you've been injured, the first thing you should do is take photos, especially if the incident involves a car accident or other unsafe conditions. It's important to have evidence to rely on when we present your case. If the other party involved is guilty of some form of negligence, we need to prove it.

Step 2: See the right doctors.

Seeking medical attention is the best way to keep your injury symptoms from getting worse. Prompt medical attention can make all the difference between a simple inconvenience and a catastrophic disability. In addition, doctors may also be able to help present your case through expert testimony or medical records.

Step 3: Call me to represent you.

Regardless of whether your case is against another individual or an insurance company who refuses to pay, you need a trusted advocate in your corner. I can help present your case and fight for you to receive the recovery or damages to which you're entitled. I have the experience to take your case to court, if necessary.
